Misericordia offers a community of care that maximizes potential for persons with mild to profound developmental disabilities, many of whom are also physically challenged. By serving society’s most vulnerable citizens, Misericordia also serves the families who want the best for them, yet cannot provide it at home.
Misericordia is seeking volunteers to assist workers and residents in their holiday bakery. Tasks include preparations, baking and cleaning. Must be able to stand for most of the shift. Volunteers must be 13 years or old.
PLEASE NOTE: The bakery uses nuts, and it is not recommended that a volunteer signs up who is severely allergic to nuts.
